I am starting my new freelancing journey as a Social Media Manager and looking for my next opportunity to make a change in a digital way.  I recently took up a course for Social Media Management and WordPress Marketing. I learned the following tasks below:
    
    1. Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities     
        including:        
    a. Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.        b. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
    2. Measure the success of every social media campaign.
    3. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.      4. Set up and manage a WordPress site, including installing themes and       
        plugins.
    5. Write and publish a blog post or page in WordPress.

I've been working for 12 years now and have broad experience when it comes to different job industries such as Customer Service (Phone, Chat, & Email), Inbound Collections, Risk Management/Fraud Analysis, and Online-English Tutoring Job. I have strong decision making, research, and analytical abilities, and I can communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
