For email-support:I can handle emails and general administrative tasks and have proven experience with client-facing email campaigns. I can handle email-based customer support using HelpScout software. For data-entry jobs:I am a multi-tasker and I have data entry skills like fast typing and a strong eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. I am familiar with Excel and Streak CRM for Gmail. I can handle payment-related activities and process checks using Upgrade to see actual info software. I can also handle email-based customer support using HelpScout software.
