• Amazon Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management: - Create Purchase Orders (POs) either manually document or using software like Anvyl. - Send Purchase Orders to different suppliers, and make sure to add PO information in the PO Tracker. PO Tracker should be organized. - Negotiate with suppliers for more discounted unit prices, especially for bulk orders. - Monitor the production status and ensure that the agreed completion date is still on track. - Book for QA inspection from 3rd party inspection company. - Send RFQs to different forwarders to have some options. - Calculate the shipping cost per unit based on the quotes received. - Book the shipment with the chosen forwarder. - Plan for consolidation shipment when needed. - Always calculate COGS per shipment, and compare to previous PO. - Ensure that the suppliers and forwarders are in contact. - Get the confirmed ETDs and monitor the shipping lead time based on the promised ETA. - Keep track of the ground shipping status when the shipment is already in the port. - Coordinate with 3rd party warehouses in the US prior to delivery date. - Request for inventory transfer or replenishment from 3PL to Amazon. - Create shipping plans based on what are needed to replenish, and calculate the shipping cos - Analyze the inventory needed to replenish based on sales velocity vs FBA inventory. - Reconcile inventory from different 3PLs or 3rd Party Warehouses. - Do shipment reconciliation for all closed shipments. - Request for reimbursement for all unreconciled shipments and provide necessary documents to get the request approved.
