Then he became an HR generalist in an outsourcing company, where he gained more experience in overall HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, labor relations, payroll and benefits, employee relations, organizational organizational development, and developing and implementing HR policies.
 
He also worked as a senior HR specialist for a US medical outsourcing company, and last year he received an Employee of the Year Award because of his contribution to his department and the revenue of the company that he's working with.
