Profile Description

I help e-commerce store owners manage the operational side of their business, order fulfillment, inventory monitoring, store reporting, and customer support, so they can focus on growing their store instead of putting out daily fires.

I have 1.5 years of experience handling end-to-end order workflows, building SOPs, managing trackers, and keeping store data accurate and up to date. My background is in supply chain and distribution operations, where I improved on-time delivery from 85% to 97% and maintained 100% data accuracy across reporting cycles. I bring that same standard of precision and reliability to every e-commerce store I support.

My tools include Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Notion, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, and Google Apps Script.
I am available full-time and can work flexibly across US (EST/PST), UK (GMT), and AU (AEST) time zones. I have a dedicated home office, a stable 45 Mbps primary connection with a 5G mobile backup, and a complete remote work setup including dual monitors, HD webcam, and noise-cancelling headset.
