Profile Description

As an IT Project Manager below are the tasks that I am engaged with:

Planning of software application revamps projects for a bespoke system, finance ERP, integration gateway, and a custom mobile application. 
Prepared project timeline and milestones, project scope, tender specifications, and change registers to ensure that functional,  technical, quality, security and maintenance requirements are well catered for and facilitated the entire tender exercise for evaluation and approval to award. 
Led the project implementation planning with software vendors, project team, and end-users to kickstart the project and strategic planning to facilitate project success. 
Managed the resources efforts and project man-days. 
Created and assigned sprints, tasks, and related issues. Monitored the task ticket progress and closure.  
Led the daily stand-ups, weekly lead sync, and client weekly status.  
Optimized and improved IT processes to benefit project  execution 
I can do both waterfall and agile methods and hybrid.
