I work for a financial institution for 6 months at Genpact, that is international and voiced. I'm handling the usual practices or orders in deposit accounts. I undertake procedures that involve tax, legal documents, fraud activity, interest earning, occurring transactions, and escalated complaints or reports.
I'm excited to get more opportunities outside my comfort zone.
I worked for a healthcare/pharmaceutical company for almost two years, where I handled a variety of patient support responsibilities. My role involved assisting customers with their prescriptions, including verifying their previous prescriptions and making sure all the necessary information was accurate and complete. I also coordinated closely with the clinical team to facilitate medical assessments and ensure that patients received the proper guidance for their treatment. In addition, I helped patients schedule appointments with clinicians, guided them through the process, and assisted with tracking and managing the shipment of their medications. Part of my role also included helping patients with claims and reimbursement concerns, making sure they understood the process and providing support to resolve any issues they encountered.
