Skip tracing encompasses a range of investigative techniques, including database searches, social media monitoring, contact with associates and relatives, physical surveillance, access to public records, and communication with employers or educational institutions, all aimed at uncovering the current location or contact information of individuals who are difficult to locate. I used this one when i was working in Mentor Capital as a foreclosure advocates.
