I have a total of 16 years working in a BPO industry (Business Process Outsourcing) on different job titles from a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Email and Chat Support to Operations Team Leader, and Information Management Head. I use my knowledge and experience appropriately in order to flourish within any given position that I may encounter, while absorbing any and every given experience along the way. I am capable of working under time pressure and deadlines. My excellent time management skills allow me to multi-task all responsibilities and accomplish them successfully in the given time frame. I also have good leadership and social interaction. I am very eager to learn and to be trained. I have strong written and verbal communication skills and comprehends directions easily and is willing to invest time and effort to complete a certain responsibility. I am an expert with both Google and Microsoft Office Programs. I also have excellent management skills and has the ability to work with a diversity of people. I am highly motivated and focused, and has a strong work ethic and superior interpersonal customer service and communication skills.
