I've experienced a lot of things in the field of Graphics Design. As early as 15 years old I already started working as a Graphics Artist. Eventually, the founder of the organization gave me the task to train others on what we do in the field of Graphics Design. I've been doing designs and training others for 6 years for the organization. After Graphics Design, I've dUpgrade to see actual info to learn how to deliver perfect customer service and I learned a lot on how to deliver outstanding satisfaction for customers, whether technical side, sales or customer complaints. I did this for 1 year and 9 Upgrade to see actual info addition to my work experience, as a senior college student, we created an Online Customer Relations Management System for our Thesis. I contributed a lot on our website's technical documentation and website design. And before we graduated, we received the award for "Best Thesis of the Year."I'd love to attain a full-time job that fits my qualifications in order to utilize my knowledge and skills and practice my ability and learn more in a way that is beneficial to the organization/company.Moreover, Since June 2017 I've been working as an Amazon Rockstar. There are a lot of fields that I'm working on in Amazon. I handled the designs where I create designs, photos and website designs that will be used in the Amazon business. I'm also proud that I'm the one handling customer service and I make sure that we give 101% customer service, for without customers, there are no sales. After a couple of months, I took the responsibility of handling PPC and Sales. I created spreadsheets that will help us analyze our PPC and Sales data. This helped the company to save time and cost. I've also researched keywords that will bring us more sales and page views. While handling customer service, PPC and Sales, I'm also handling the logistics of the company. I'm the one who's responsible of the shipment and inventory of the company. I have to make sure that we will not run out of stock for any of our products, otherwise, our sales and ranking will suffer. I've created multiple spreadsheets that will track and notify us of the shipments that we're shipping. These spreadsheets will also automatically calculates the date when we need to send new inventory. I am also handling all types of promotions within Amazon and Social Media sites. I am responsible of calculating how much discount we can cover. Also, I'm managing all the tasks of other employees. I can proudly say that I can handle Amazon Business and keep it running with quality even if my superiors or the business owner is not Upgrade to see actual infot only I have the passion for graphic design, information technology, customer service and Amazon Business but also I am most willing to learn more and to be trained by others. And because of these things, I believe that I have the experience and disposition to shine in your company.
