Profile Description

I have been in the Business Process and Recruitment Process Outsourcing industry for the last 9+ years.
I am currently working as an off-shore Account Manager/Recruiter for Platinum Empire Group, which is a recruiting company based in Torrance, CA, for the last 5 years.  I am currently part of the Healthcare team for the last year, but was working exclusively for their IT Department for 4 years prior to being transferred (because of the pandemic).
I have been working with clients that are in the USA for their immediate recruitment needs as well as any kind of recruitment support for their open jobs.
In this position, it is required for me to construct professional emails and professional recommendations for applicants that we are submitting to our clients.
I also do proofreading of resumes that were sent by applicants to make sure that they have the right grammar, punctuation, capitalization, as well as the basics like font, font size, and margins/spacing, just to make sure that they are uniform and neat-looking and would look more appealing.
I make phone calls to clients and applicants as well on a daily basis, so I consciously observe proper grammar, diction, and pronunciation while speaking to them.
I am very keen to details and always make sure that things are organized especially if it concerns work-related data and information.
I am highly proficient in MS Office systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
