Profile Description

I've worked as a fraud specialist and handled customer support calls, texts, and emails for more than five years. I also handled deliveries, complaints, and queries while addressing these types of communications. My most recent experience includes managing a seller central account for Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair, in addition to other projects. As part of this, purchases are processed, tracking numbers are added, returns and refunds are managed, credit losses are recovered, and buyer messages are addressed.
