I am a customer service support and representative for a year and I was able to handle sales account, telecommunications account, and healthcare account. A customer service representative's job is dynamic and important; it calls for patience, great communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Because of the large amount of customer encounters and the requirement to handle stressful situations, the job can be challenging. It is satisfying to help others, but it is also fulfilling since it provides chances for skill development, personal improvement, and fulfillment. Having this experience made me become an efficient and an effective communicator with flexible work skills.

I have been helping my friends to make a logo for their business. They provided me great feedback and they like my outputs. As such, I like to create unique logo with relevance to what they need. I focus more on with highlighting their brand.

I worked with tools such as Photoshop, Picsart, and Figma to create a banners, logo, newsletters, invitations, advertisement pages, product page, and cover pages. All these were made through gig and part-time jobs where my employees are happy and praised me for providing exemplary outputs.

I am a computer programing graduate where we are trained to create a website. As such, I am a computer teacher which I teach how to make a website, I like designing my website with appropriate content layout. Most of the time, I focus with aesthetics and attainable design.
