I have a 10+ year experience as a Customer Service Representative, both over the phone and emails.I worked for a cable company in the U.S providing sales, technical and billing support. I also worked as an E-mail Support for Uber, very familiar with Zendesk, MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel. I am very well trained by the companies I've worked with and I believe that my experience will help me to start in this kind of job.I possess good written and verbal communication skills. I am patient with good organizational skills, I also work good individually or in groups with critical and Upgrade to see actual infolytical thinking. I want a full-time stable job that will help me earn money while I'm staying at home.
