Profile Description

I have handled a lot of online projects which some requires me to work using my client's AliExpress, Ebay and Shopify accounts. They asked me
to update it with the newest items and processed customer's order.
I also handled a project in which I will have to search for the tariff codes of an item.
I mainly use Microsoft Office Excel to manage spreadsheets for my clients tasks.
And aside from being a freelancer for months, I have years of experience as a customer service representative and I understand and adapted with the scenarios and conditions of a call center environment in which you can ensure that I can work under pressure and extensive long hours, and can do multi-tasking functions and rotation programs. I am also dynamic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, quick learner and responsible in every project that I have. I want a long-term and stable online job because it's really hard to only have a one-time project and then I will have to look for a new one.
