• Review and qualify batches of leads provided in Excel format • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and validity of lead data • Ensure data is formatted correctly and follows the qualification guidelines • Collaborate closely with team members to meet project deadlines • Maintain organized records of qualified leads • Working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word files, managing files, and other office procedures and terminology. • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. • First-rate skill set including writing and reading, comprehension, time management, critical thinking, judgment and decision making, and learning strategies. • Excellent abilities in written comprehension, information ordering, perceptual speed, finger dexterity, and category & flexibility.

• Conducts online research using a variety of search tools and databases. • Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends and patterns. • Prepares reports of findings, including recommendations. • Categorizes and filters information, recognizing small differences or similarities. • Documents all steps taken during the research process. • Completes duties quickly and efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
