Profile Description

Manages end-to-end requisition process, canvassing, bidding, as well as building sound business relationship with relevant suppliers and service providers of the business.
Handles canvassing of goods and service being requested by different Business Units. This includes but not limited to Technology-related requests (e.g. Hardware, software, off-the-shelves system, ground-up programming, etc.), Marketing Collaterals, Office Supplies, Non-IT FFE, Building-related services, and card plastics.
Facilitates bidding process from sourcing of vendors, presentation of Bill of Materials (BOM) to business units and Bid Committee, until awarding to winning vendor.
Systems handled: Netsuite, Managed Engine Service Desk Plus, Metrobank SAP, and eProcure (a customized procurement system used by one of Metrobank’s sectors)
