Profile Description

My goal is to maintain and enhance human resources productively in an organization, developing strong manpower, identifying talent and deploying professional development programs in order to achieve organizational goals and fulfill employees' needs and to contribute to the growth of the company while enhancing my skills, potentials and broaden my knowledge that the business world has to offer to be professional and competitive.

My years of experience working from home from various company while being based here in the Philippines will make me a standout  candidate for the Upgrade to see actual info addition, my proven professionalism and commitment to be able to exceed my employer expectation to any project given to me can also be my advantage to other candidates applying for the position.
I am highly proficient with the HR tool mentioned on the job posting Zip Recruiter, Jazz HR even Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portal to post and source candidate.  I do initial screening of candidates and do interview as well to candidates for VA and CSR positions here in the PH. I prepare also Questionnaires for candidates for US based positions and screened CVs.
In addition, my work as Global Recruiter will be an advantage  for this position as I am exposed to sourcing candidates for all languages for BPO opening in Portugal, Bulgaria and Athens for our client ( Cognizant, Telus, Teleperformance. As an HR Manager for the PH team, other tasks includes providing access to corporate email accounts, time keeping login/access, attendance monitoring and all other administrative task/ projects for the department.
