Profile Description

I help Realtors, Real Estate Coaches/Course Creators, and Resort owners grow their business to increase their leads, customers, and sales by my highly effective Facebook Ads Strategy and by using my skill as a Graphic Designer. With my skill set, lesser cost and lesser loss will be experienced helping them on their business objectives. My goal is to give quality service more efficiently to contribute to business growth. 

I also worked in the line of construction for more than 12 years. I worked with construction and design firms to create shop drawings of architectural, structural, electrical, and sanitary plans for proposal, approval, building permit, and as-built purposes. I have experience with Australian and Japanese clients doing shop drawings for fabrication details and other structural detailed drawings for mining industry projects. I also worked with USA-based clients online creating detailed and fabrication drawings for architectural products, architectural drawings, and other electrical projects.

My skills are Facebook Ads Marketing, Graphic Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Minor Estimates, STAAD Pro V8i (Beginner level), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe Illustrator.  

My hobbies are surfing the net, exercise, playing guitar, playing basketball and badminton sometimes, watching movies and travel.
