1. Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliation to ensure accuracy
2. Accurately record daily expenses such as vendor payments & others expenses.
3. Categorize expenses.
4. Maintain and organized records of receipts and supporting documents.
5. Process invoice, receipts and payments accurately.
6. Maintain and update general ledger and financial records.
7. Manage accounts payable and receivable
8. Enter newly acquired fixed asset in Fixed Asset register and run depreciation
9. Make entry for financed asset and allocate borrowing cost
10. Create accounts to enter financed asset.
11. Manage PAYGWithholding and Superannuation
12. Check entries made for ATO transactions such as payments and refunds.
13. Prepare div7a excel schedules based on loan agreement provided
14. Make adjusting journal entry for rollover and yearly end closing
15. Run and prepare payroll
16. Perform General ledger analysis for GST reconciliation
17. Prepare quaterly BAS and montly IAS
18. Check interrelated loan account and make adjusting journal entry.
19. Generate and analyze financial reports.
20. Perform Annual accounts in preparing tax return.
21. Prepare Tax Position.
