Administrative Assistant

I love to perform customer service. My passion to help, communicate, handle, assist and resolve clients’ concern.

I am well experience in terms of documentation, since I have been a document controller with my previous experience for a long period of time. Filing, intact, checking and safe keeping documents is one of my favorite task.

I am also a timekeeping in-charge base on my previous experience. I monitored the daily time record of the company employees and make their payroll. Checking delinquency and resolve all by myself and consult to the superior when It is no longer resolve at my end.

Almost 10 years work experience as Administrative assistant in various establishment, Data entry is one of my basic skills, since I am hands on with computer.

To be an effective individual, you must apply an effective communication. I am well versed and a conversational individual who connects and communicate with the other to do the negotiations and clarifications.

When doing such task or project probably, you have to apply a teamwork in able to make things work in a very fast and convenient way. You have to do the teamwork in doing the task, first you have to plan and then you execute for a successful work task.
