I have experience in appointment setting, real estate support, recruitment support, customer service, and training. Most of my work has involved speaking with clients and leads, qualifying inquiries, setting appointments, updating CRM records, and making sure follow-ups are handled properly.

I also have a background in call center training, where I helped prepare and coach tea ---------- mbers before they moved into operations. This experience helped me become more organized, patient, and comfortable working with different types of people.
