I am handling Facebook pages and Online Shops for more than 2 years. Usually we get customer complaints for damage items and incomplete items received. We also cater direct online orders for faster transactions like next day delivery or for self pickup.

Most of the time I have been using Microsoft, -Office Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and PowerPoint Has idea using Google, -Meet, Drive Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Keep, Books and Forms We are always using Zoom for online meetings before when I was still working on Megasoft Hygienic Products Inc. as a Customer Service Personnel/Sales & Marketing (Ecommerce)

Public relations such as; traditional media advertising campaigns, sponsorships, product placement, social media campaigns, consumer education, and corporate social responsibility

Simple bookkeeping when I was working in Palawan Pawnshop (Money Remittance Center) for 2 yrs and 6months. Everyday I am updating branch daily files, like: BIR and Daily Ledger

I work for more than 2 years in Palawan Pawnshop (Money Remittance Center) as an Associate Cashier. Duties & Responsibilities: •Assisting customers regarding their needs, such as: Sending and Receiving Money. •Completing tasks assigned by the branch manager and supervisor, accurately and efficiently. •Supporting branch manager as needed. •Training and developing new assigned associates. •Updating branch daily files, like: BIR and Daily Ledger. •Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction. •Ensuring company policies are followed.
