Hi, I am Upgrade to see actual info. I have more than 16 years of experience in the transcription industry, whether it's general, entertainment, broadcast, or financial. I've handled all of that with different specifications. Also, my experience involves thorough researching and doing admin reports. I've also managed a team, managed the day-to-day operations of the team.

I also do data entry jobs, if you're looking for one as I worked as a data encoder and quality assurance staff in a credit information company. I'm computer savvy. I'm good at researching. I'm knowledgeable in Google Sheet, Canva, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, I'm a multitasker. I am versatile. I'm very much willing to learn and I'm a fast learner.
