6 years of experience in BPO industry. 3 years as Team Leader and 3 years as Data Entry Operator.

And below are my day-to-day task as a TL:
• Leading a team with more than 50 teaUpgrade to see actual infombers since I started as Team Leader. 
• Skilled in email response, making sure to answer all emails received from clients and customers. 
• Ensuring team's productivity and quality are met through assisting day to day operational management of team. 
• Developing and understanding of the customer's requirements to be able to anticipate their needs. 
• Taking ownership/responsibility and following up customer and escalating where appropriate. 
• Establishing and maintaining a day-to-day relation with other sites and ensuring the team and customers' needs are met and exceeded where possible. 
• Providing report on a daily basis to ensure updates on team's performance versus KPI's. 
• Proven leadership and people management skills.

• Create, Edit, and Manage Reports. 
• Multitask, answering clients while looking after my team.
