Served as the first point of contact for customers, whether it's through phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions. Handle their inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously. I was often told by users/clients that I have a very approachable and sweet tone of voice. Which probably helped a lot in handling their issues and building rapport.

Helped user's with their device, account and role inquiries. Provided basic trouble shooting and assistance.

I had taught my self to use Canva as this is the main tool I use to edit. I primarily use this for my baking business. Sometimes, for the travelling and activities that I've done with my family.

Basic knowledge in using MS Excel.

As our family's go to person in booking flights, AirBnBs and Private resorts, I was able to hone my skill in setting up appointments. I'm able to provide clear and concise details regarding the itinerary.

I have recently learned how to utilize CapCut for my video editing. I still have more to learn but by the looks of it, with constant usage, I would be proficient in utilizing it. And hopefully, contribute this skill for my future employer.
