Profile Description

I am a Technical Support Specialist on a Telco Account for almost 4 years based in US, I help customer to troubleshoot their internet, VOIP and televisions and set an appointment for a technician visit, also I am Quality Analyst on the same account who listens to every call and make sure every representative is providing a quality customer experience. I also had an experience as a retention specialist on a Telco Account as well, dealing with customer who wishes to cancel their services.

I am responsible for managing everything virtually.

I can also perform clerical tasks like social media marketing with minimal supervision, use computers for various applications, have familiarity with current technologies, experience in word processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office), and knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g Google Calendar), excellent time management skills and organization skills.
