Hi! I'm Jonalyn — a community manager who shows up like a co-founder, not just a contractor. I work with crypto projects, coaches, content creators, and businesses who want someone with actual skin in the game.
I don't show up to execute a checklist. I show up to understand your brand, protect your reputation, and build the kind of community that sticks — one where people feel heard, engaged, and genuinely invested.
With six years in customer service for US and UK financial and TelCo clients, I've developed the kind of communication instincts that most people can't fake: knowing when to engage, when to de-escalate, and how to make every interaction feel personal at scale.

What I bring to your team?
Community leadership:
Moderation, engagement strategy, and supervising moderator teams — your community culture in safe hands.
Social media management:
Page setup, captions, cross-platform research, and growth — executed with your voice, not a generic template.
Program & growth ops:
Community initiatives, campaigns, and program management that move the needle beyond vanity metrics.
Dating profile strategy:
Real experience turning online presence into genuine connections, not theory, but results I've lived.
So, let's talk partnership. I'm not looking for a task list. I'm looking for a brand I can genuinely invest in. If you want someone who will care about your community as much as you do, let's find out if we're a fit.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Experienced in managing social media communities by keeping audiences engaged, building real connections, and creating conversations that feel natural and welcoming. Good at knowing when to jump into conversations, when to listen, and how to keep communities active without forcing engagement. Comfortable handling comments, messages, moderation, and day-to-day community interaction in fast-paced online spaces.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Monitoring and moderating online communities across platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Skool, and Facebook Groups — enforcing community guidelines, managing member behavior, handling conflicts, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. Experience moderating niche communities, including crypto, gaming, and membership-based programs where community culture is a core part of the product.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
I've spent over 10 years in customer support and community management — and the two have always gone hand in hand for me. On the support side, I've worked in-house with American Express and in an outsourced capacity with PayPal, managing high-volume interactions across channels, including social media and Zendesk. On the community side, I've managed Discord, Telegram, Skool, and social media communities for crypto, gaming, and membership-based brands. Most recently, I helped a mentorship community jump from 60% to 80% engagement and improve their Skool rank from 1,100 to 776 in just two weeks. I work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of the work without needing to be hand-held.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Organic audience building, content strategy, and promotional campaigns for small businesses and personal brands.
Experience: Less than 6 months
Managed five or more crypto projects spanning NFT collections, DeFi platforms, and token launches — communities ranging from 300 to 20,000 members. Work covered the full scope: Discord and Telegram moderation, community announcements, hype and countdown campaigns leading up to launches, engagement strategy, member support, and maintaining community health during both high-activity launch periods and quieter post-launch phases. Comfortable working in the fast-paced, high-expectation environment that crypto communities are known for.
