I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 15 years now. Where my field of expertise is Customer Service and Sales Reservations. I have spent 8 years of my working experience working at Intercontinental Hotels Group doing Hotel Reservations. My passion for providing excellent customer service leads me to become one of the top Hotel Reservation specialists in Manila Center and gave me an opportunity to train in Orlando, Florida USA last 2011. As a Customer Service Associate, I am managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Generating sales leads that develop into new customers and Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.As a Data Entry Professional & Support Specialist in a Travel Industry account. Where I create flight and hotel bookings and insurance for visa support documents purposes of our clients per order.
