I am specializing in customer service. I have an experience in order entry processing for 8 yrs and act as customer service. I Process Orders for domestic and International Thermal and AC Power in LES and Oracle ERP. Answers calls and email inquiries of customers and Sales Representatives. Process return goods authorization in a prompt manner to avoid unnecessary credit hold to customers. Handles solutions to customer problems and provides recommendations to their concerns and queries. Assist in tracking orders through carriers shipping portal. I also have experience in Administrative assistant with some of my duties and responsibilities like: Prepares sales orders and invoice of the customers. Prepare market memo and any office announcement. Assist in preparation of the deliveries of client’s order. Act as receptionist and assist incoming clients. Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly report to Branch Manager. Assist in preparing documents such as proposals banners and demo equipment of Technical Team and Branch Manager. Perform daily needs of the employees in the office. I also have certificate in TESOL (Teaching English as Second Language) taken way back when I had my free time. I also have a background in CSS web development, Basic graphic design in Canva. Recently I also took Online Arbitrage Amazon Product Research for FBA. I took internship in the school I enrolled in and I know how to read Keepa SAS, AMZ Scout, Helium 10 and some other tools and product sourcing techniques. I am also Xero Advisor and Payroll Certified. I have a knowledge to Bank Reconciliation, Preparing invoices purchase order and payroll and BAS preparation. I also have a background in Quickbooks. I have a knowledge in account set up, QBO payroll, Bank Reconciliation, Invoices and purchase order
