I'm Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, I worked as a customer service representative for about 5 years in the BPO industry, handling different accounts. I usually respond to product and service inquiries, concerns, and requests. Help customers make an order, process payments, process a refund, set up an appointments, and troubleshoot technical problems. I also worked as a collection specialist, reviewing delinquent records to determine which customers must be contacted to collect overdue accounts. Input data and organize collection workload according to degree and amount of delinquent accounts. With these experiences, I still believe I have a lot of things to learn to improve and be more effective. I am willing to train to gain more knowledge if I need to know about the job offered.
