Profile Description

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Administers all aspect of producing corporate payroll.
• Managing assist with question payroll.
• Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
• Responsible for strict implementation of SOP.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
• Liaison Officer such as (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth and other Governments concern)
