Profile Description

I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Smartsheet, Gmail, Gsheet, Calendar, etc. as these are the major tools to execute my tasks and reports now. My main focus was handling the Managed Accounts (Global Services Providers and Local Couriers). I managed their reported emails regarding technical issues, and I will coordinate with our concerned groups like Network Support, and Field Engineers to escalate and resolve their technical issues within the SLA within 4 hrs. I ensure that meet our target average. I create their weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports through Excel and PowerPoint files. I'm sending their IUpgrade to see actual info Report within 24 hrs., and I review their recurring iUpgrade to see actual info report for the Service Improvement Plan. Also, I conduct service review meetings f2f with our clients to discuss their Service Performance Report and align with them for any concerns.
