Not professionally but my pieces always won in school. I’m even planning to direct and scriptwrite for my 6 yr old son and start a channel.

I’ve been managing operations for 13 years now plus 5 years doing quality. I bring with me my experience with financial/credit cards, telco, cable tv, retail, voice and non-voice, including account management. Three things I can share about my years doing the job are: (1) I am loyal, (2) I am competitive, and (3) I’m a people person. I mentioned loyalty because I was with my first company for almost 10 years and only decided to move to another employer in search of retirement benefit. This attribute also relates to my value for releationship building i.e. I do well with teammates and colleagues, direct reports and up to agent level, and even with clients and executives. Second is my competitiveness which was already there during childhood, for example winning banana eating contest and graduating first honor in nursery, and up to my higher years and work, i.e. my team would win not just in our performance but even the engagement activities. Lastly, I value my staff and makes it a point to connect with them everyday, even those that are not directly reporting to me, because I believe happy people are productive people.

20+ years in the BPO industry and my data entry even in managerial level just grew more and more my direct reports are impressed.

Not professionally but at school, copywriting was one of the things I did when I was doing journalism.

I even ventured to poem and aonnets and published some in our school newspaper.
