- Track Inventory records received from manufacturers/suppliers through 3PL partners.
- Ensures newly received products in warehouses are displayed on site on time.
- Maintain inventory counts; matching physical inventory with 3PL systems Inventory, warehouse manager Inventory, Amazon Inventory, and QuickBooks inventory to ensure numbers match.
- Tracking Inventory movements, resolving discrepancies, addressing errors, troubleshoots irregularities, and clearing other issues related to Inventory.
- Compiling records of Warehouse Inventory movements and analyzing activity reports for QuickBooks inventory adjustments.
- Produces Inventory summary reports for accounting records to ensure the sales/shipped units match the Warehouse Inventory Counts.
- Daily inventory discrepancy comparison and clearing.
- Yearly/monthly inventory reconciliation with warehouses ensuring inventory is accurately updated and discrepancies are resolved.
- Project Management; Provide operations data (Order processing, Inventory, warehouse capacity, logistics data, customer service data) for analysis and future goals measurement.
- Provide Data Insights for system automations for less work, more productivity.
- Building SKU/UPC to the system for all locales (U.S. and International) to make sure of the accuracy of the order processing flow.
- Expert with inventory transactions such as SKU to UPC association, Inventory allocation for International and US sites and marketplaces including Amazon, Inventory levels tracking, Inbound receipts monitoring, Outbound shipments monitoring, 3PL and 4PL partners data analysis, Drop shipping partners data analysis, QuickBooks orders/sales data analysis.

Order Processing:

- Ensures all sites and marketplace orders are processed as required.
- Verifies that orders ship on time daily from all warehouse partners.
- Reconciles stock levels and produces summary reports as needed.
- Corresponds with warehouses as necessary to investigate errors and troubleshoot irregularities with regard to Outbound orders.
- Being a primary inventory point of contact for the accounting team, inventory planning team, Marketing teams, and all Customer Service teams.
- Processing orders from customers (Wholesalers, Retailers, Business Owners) from phone calls and emails.
- Responds to customer’s concerns regarding order inquiry, returns and claims inquiry, and delivery information.
- Ensures customer’s orders are processed on-time daily whenever the request comes.
- Ensures that all customer’s claims, delivery issues, and Invoice pricing issues are resolved on time.
- Communicates with Logistics partner to ensure orders are delivered within the expected date of arrival.
- Corresponds with warehouses to ensure all orders are shipped on time.
- Owns overall responsibility for Claims management that includes Invoice Pricing disputes, Order returns, rejection, and redelivery, and Logistics issues.
- Maintaining and creating data tracker for all processed claims.
- Publishes all weekly, monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc claims related reports.
- Assisting the team and advisor of the process to ensure the accuracy of the overall outcome.
- Leads RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Improvement Action steps for the team’s order processing errors and ‘Claims Process’ errors.
- Communicates with managers regarding the planning, implementation, and improvisation of Team processes.
- Create training materials and trained new employees and explained methods and procedures comprehensibly. -

PPC:

- Develop campaigns in Amazon Seller Central, AMS, and other campaign tools through the knowledge of the company's products and target market/s.
- Review and Analysis of PPC metrics such as Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Conversion, Acos, Customer Search Term, and keywords.
- Search for keywords that positively impact sales in Amazon and determining which ones work best on specific products and markets
- Prepare reports to show trends and graphs that draw insights from existing campaigns.
- Optimize Seller Central campaigns by systematically adjusting keyword bids and adding negative keywords to the campaigns from potential profit-sucking terms.
- Pursue growth of profit through constant keyword research and incorporating them into the existing portfolio of profitable campaigns.
- Initiate and participate in workflow and process improvements
