Profile Description

With more than 12 years of experience in BPO covering technical and customer care support, I was able to use the English language with a Master's level of comfortability. I was also able to improve my analytical and problem-solving skills which paved the way for me to become a Real-Time Analyst.
As a Real-Time Analyst, it further helped me improve my critical thinking, and attention to detail as it's part of my responsibility to monitor all call queues and ensure adequate actions are taken on rosters to ensure target metrics are achieved.
