As a property management for the past year, I've worked with a lot of listing owners for rentals "Airbnb". I make sure to check our stocks, essentials, and maintenance so our next guest will be able to indulge in our property. I am also making sure that my client property is well maintained to provide the best experience for each of our guests.  -Also, making sure that everything is on track for my host, especially for bills, booking management for up-coming guests. -Also, making sure that we accept verified guests for the safety and of the property and make sure that we communicate with every inquiry.

As a back office representative, we communicate via email, but we also do outbound calls to make sure that we will not miss important information from our client so we can provide them with a better resolution for their inquiry.

As a customer service representative for the past nine years. I already encounter a lot of different types of customers. But in every conversation, at the end, I'll make sure that I help them and cover everything they need to the best of my knowledge.

As a customer service representative, most of my work experiences do require a phone call for fast assistance.
