This includes documenting financial transactions and summarizing the company's current financial position through tasks such as preparing Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss statements, and other reports. Additionally, I oversee Bank Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records are maintained. Handling mandatory deductions for employee salaries, calculating wages, and administering bonuses and incentives are also part of my responsibilities. Furthermore, I manage the company's inventory, ensuring continuous availability of goods and liaising with suppliers to process purchase orders. Through this role, I've developed negotiation skills for securing favorable terms and discounts, as well as establishing targeted incentives with suppliers.
