Profile Description

Over 15 years of meaningful experience in accounting.
Handle General Accounting, FS Closing and Payroll.
o Supervise staffs with their day to day basis.
o Responsible to perform day to day accounting task related to the efficient maintenance and processing of all accounting matters.
o Responsible for monthly financial statement and its schedules.
o
Ensures completeness of journal entries and provide monthly trial balances.
o Check and verifies all payment and journal vouchers.
o Maintain fixed asset listing, depreciation and lapsing schedules.
o Encodes and reconciles BIR reports in relief for submission every quarter.
o Reviews and verifies accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
o Administers payroll for all local employees.
o Administers monthly allowances of expatriate.
o Prepares, compute and summarize employee mandatory contribution and deductions such as (SSS, Philhealth, Pag – Ibig, Compensation income tax and loans)
o Responsible for annual alphalist on compensation and year end reconciliation.
o Responsible for monitoring and computation of leave / tax conversion.
o Maintaining proper filing and documentation for all relevant documents pertaining to payroll.
o Responsible in company cash position (both DXP and DXM).
o Responsible in securing company permits and licenses.
o Responsible for manpower billing checking and payment (agency).
o Responsible in preparation of various report needed (Accounting matter) such as PEZA, NSO, SEC and GIS (monthly, quarterly and annual reports)
o Supports the company’s drive to foster good manufacturing practices in the workplace.
o Performs other functions as required by the management under her field of competency.
