With over 10 solid years of meaningful experience in inbound and outbound calling, having handled various accounts across industries such as advertising, telecommunications, and business-to-business type accounts. I love the challenge of being able to solve problems, ensure customer satisfaction, and perform my tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
