I previously worked in Insurance company wherein I handled in bound calls regarding my client’s Insurances, claims, and other health related matters. I usually give my customer their time to explain their concern before proceeding to show empathy and also to gather some information that will help resolve the case. Taking ownership to my customer’s problem and doing extra mile not just to give quality service but also, building relationship to them.
Handling calls are so important to me, as if every calls needs an urgency.

I processed papers from allocation to releasing the unit. I carefully checked every details before submitting it to other department to fast track transaction and avoid delay.
