Profile Description

I am an expert when it comes to providing quality customer service, being a technical support professional and a sales agent for phone and internet service. I had 95% No Callback Rate which only means that I was able to resolve my customers issues effectively and efficiently. I was also one of the in demand and fully booked Online ESL tutors for the two Chinese companies I have worked with. Problem solving and effective communication are my strengths. I am very open to be in a new industry. Now, I am seeking employment where I can fully use my skills and/or learn more skills, and establish a career for myself. I would also like to join a company that challenges me but at the same time inspires and pushes me to the top. It has always been my passion to be in the industry that helps and serves customers in the best possible way I can.
