We are focused on assisting customers with technical issues related to a product or service, whether it's hardware, software, or a combination of both. We ensure that customers can use and troubleshoot products effectively. As a tech support, effective communication is crucial. We need to convey technical information in a way that is easily understandable for customers who may not have a technical background. We often collaborate with product development teams/Engineers to escalate and address complex issues that require software updates, alteration or patches.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Knowledgeable in assisting customers before, during, or after they purchase a product or service. Our goal as the customer support is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner. Our role is vital in maintaining a positive customer experience and building a strong relationship between the business and its clients.
