I have over 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in prior authorization, insurance verification, scheduling, and customer care, phone and email support. In my previous role, I handled insurance eligibility checks, secured authorizations for medical services, coordinated with providers and insurance companies, and ensured accurate and timely processing of patient requests. I also assisted patients with appointments, addressed inquiries with empathy and professionalism, and maintained accurate documentation while working in a fast-paced environment. My experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills, allowing me to deliver efficient and patient-centered support.

One of my duties before was encoding patients' laboratoy tests/procedures, documenting medical history and ongoing medications or treatment.

I manage patients' procedures that require an appointment prior visit and also coordinated with healthcare insurance provider for their clients' schedule and ensure all the necessary informations and requirements were provided.

I start my day by listing my tasks. I will do first the tasks that need immediate attention then the tasks that can be acheduled later to complete the tasks on time.
