Profile Description

I started my BPO journey way back 2018. My first BPO experience was working as a Customer Sales Representative in a Telecommunications Company where we handled support and offered our services/products to those customers who wanted to renew their contract. Aside from that, I was also assigned in a Technical Department where I also managed those customers who had technical issues with their services/plans. After 2 years, I dUpgrade to see actual info to apply as a Product Ready Trainer (PRT) position where I handled multiple new hire classes in a year. After 6 months, I got promoted as a Trainer II position where I also handled multiple classes for different Lines of Businesses (LOBs). After 6 months again, I got promoted as a Senior Trainer I role where I am also supervising the other trainers within our organization. I have been in a Senior Trainer role for 1 year and 3 months now, and overseeing all LOBs under our program.
