I have experience in handling inbound and outbound calls for over 10 years, handling different types of accounts such as telco, health care, satellite radio and background check in the U.S. I’m on the phone 8 hrs a day and 5 days a week so I’m really used to talk to Americans to the point that I learned how to adapt their culture and learned how talk to them very comfortably as if I’m American too. So I may not have experience as a cold caller, but I can say that I possessed the key skills that a cold caller/lead gen must have in terms of soft skills such as building rapport, persuasiveness, patience and active listening so if given a chance to be hired, my training will only be minimal focusing more on the work process and tools.
