I am an Industrial Engineer who transitions into Human Resource Management, driven by a passion for organizational development and career growth. I am able to gain experienced as HR and Admin Manager at a group of companies which engaged into Electrical & Industrial Supplies Trading, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Water Refilling Station, and Graphic, Design, and IT Programming services in the Philippines. In this capacity, I oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, training, Memorandum implementation, payroll, and related functions.
My responsibilities encompass the entire spectrum of HR operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. I lead recruitment efforts to acquire top talent, manage comprehensive onboarding programs, oversee training initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Additionally, I handle payroll administration with precision and timeliness, contributing to the smooth functioning of HR processes.
