Over the past five years, I’ve been part of the BPO industry. Initially, I spent two years as a Transport Dispatch Specialist/CSR in a transportation company. Recently, I resigned from a pioneering UK-based telco communication account located in Cebu IT Park. During the subsequent two years, I underwent one month of intensive training and then transitioned to handling calls for three months. Eventually, I was promoted from an Associate Quality Analyst to a Senior Quality Analyst. Although the experience presented challenges, I successfully fulfilled my responsibilities, contributing to both my personal and professional growth, however, as time passed by my interests have changed and I'm excited to learn and embark in freelancing career.
