Hi my name is Edrian Jamolin seeking for a Salesforce Administrator job. I handled Salesforce platform for more than 3 years and on top of that, I have 3 active licenses; ADM 201, ADM 211 and App Builder. During my time working as a Salesforce Technical Support Engineer, we focused on assisting users/clients who's having issues with their Salesforce org. We provide assistance via email, call and screen sharing (WebEx meeting). I analyze and resolve issues related to Email and Desktop Integration such as Email Delivery and Email settings. I also manage profiles, permission sets and roles for Salesforce users.
