Profile Description

I worked as a receptionist, I assist patient for their schedules. I call insurance to get eligibility and benefits for their Cpap and Sleep studies, and to get authorization if needed.
I also worked as a data miner, I review all ERMs that was sent by affiliated nursing homes. I process and verify insurance, also review if their wound assessment is valid, for us to send the wound supplies.
